NFL Week 13 Recap

Week 13 locked up important playoff seeds while dropping some teams out of the playoff picture. Important victories this week were: Cowboys @ Vikings (17-15), Lions @ Saints (28-13), Texans @ Packers (13-21), Chiefs @ Falcons (29-28), Eagles @ Bengals (14-32), Bills @ Raiders (24-38), Buccaneers @ Chargers (28-21), Giants @ Steelers (14-24), and Redskins @ Cardinals (23-31)
Week 13 Had some notable performers. Joe Flacco (Ravens) threw for 381 yards and 4 touchdowns in a decisive victory over the Dolphins. Matthew Stafford (Lions) and Andy Dalton (Bengals) both threw for 341 and 332 yards, respectively, and two touchdowns each as both teams picked up important victories. Jordan Howard (Bears) had an impressive outing against the miserable run defense of the 49ers, rushing for 117 yards and 3 touchdowns in the win. Thomas Rawls rushed for 106 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Seahawks stomped the Panthers. Corey Moore (Houston) had a busy day in Green Bay, recording 35 solo tackles in a losing effort against the Packers. Eric Berry recorded a pick-six and a pick-two to lead the Chiefs to victory over the Falcons. Important injuries include Kapri Bibbs (ankle, Broncos), Danny Amendola (ankle, Patriots), Earl Thomas (leg, Seahawks), Jason Pierre-Paul (groin, Giants), Julio Jones (abdominals, Falcons), Mohamed Sanu (groin, Falcons), Cecil Shorts III (ACL, MCL, PCL, knee, Buccaneers), and Lamar Miller (ribs, Texans).
Teams continue their road to the postseason this week. No more teams have byes for the rest of the season. Raiders visit the Chiefs on Thursday and the Ravens face the Patriots on Monday. Important Sunday matchups include: Redskins @ Eagles, Texans @ Colts, Broncos @ Titans, Cardinals @ Dolphins, Steelers @ Bills, Chargers @ Panthers, Jets @ 49ers, Falcons @ Rams, Saints @ Buccaneers, Seahawks @ Packers, and Cowboys @ Giants.
