After a great week of College Football last week, we are heading into Week 4 already! We have a ton of intriguing matchups that will be fun to watch. It all starts on Friday night with a great Pac-12 matchup between #10 Utah and #19 Oregon State. This is the last year of the Pac-12 , and the conference is showing out. #8 ranked USC and Heisman Winner QB Caleb Williams head over to Boulder to clash with Colorado at 12 pm EST on Saturday. Colorado, coached by NFL Legend Deion Sanders was ranked for 2 straight weeks until losing to Oregon 42-6 last Saturday. Colorado is without their star WR/CB Travis Hunter again because of injury. Deion’s son, Shedur will have to step up again and completely ball out if they want a chance to beat the Trojans. We have a great SEC game between the #22 ranked Florida Gators and the 4-0 Kentucky Wildcats. It will be Kentucky’s first real challenge of the season and we will see if Transfer QB Devin Leary can help lead the Cats to a 5-0 record.
Clemson has had a terrible start to the season, losing to Duke 28-7. Last week, they lost to #5 ranked Florida State in an overtime heartbreaker. This is a must-win game for Clemson as they are heading up to Syracuse. The Orange are also 4-0 on the season. The #1 ranked Georgia Bulldogs go on the road against Auburn. Auburn has had a few down years recently and this year seems like it will be another. The fan-favorite Kansas Jayhawks who are ranked #24 have to go into Austin Texas and play #3 Texas on their home turf. Kansas has 2 stars on offense, QB Jalon Daniels and RB Devin Neal. We will see if the high-power offense of the Jayhawks can stop the dominant defense of Texas and their star QB Quinn Ewers. Another huge SEC clash between #13 LSU and #20 Ole Miss. Ole Miss just lost to Alabama 24-10. We will see if they can bounce back in a huge way against a great LSU squad.
Now we have the Saturday Night Games. #17 ranked Duke hosts #11 ranked Notre Dame. Notre Dame just lost to #4 ranked Ohio State in heartbreaking fashion at the last second. Sam Hartman and Riley Leanord are two very talented QBS facing off in a huge game. College Gameday is also headed to Duke for this game. South Carolina has had an unfortunate start to their season losing to North Carolina and Georgia but kept both games close. Spencer Rattler is having a great season for the Gamecocks and tries to continue that heading into Neyland Stadium facing #21 ranked Tennessee in Primetime. It should be a very good SEC matchup as we see if experienced QB Joe Milton can have a bounce-back game for the Vols as he has underperformed so far this season. That’s all I have for this week, it should be a fun one and upsets should happen!
