The St. Philip Neri Club at Oratory Prep prides itself on acts of charity to help those in need.
As a member of this organization for the past two years, I can attest to the direct impact the club has made in promoting food drives, outreach for the homeless, and support for children in foster care.
One easy way members of the OP community can get involved with the St. Philip Neri mission is by supporting our Halloween Candy Drive for the US Military through the organization Operation Gratitude. This organization sends care packages to the US military members to honor them for their service to our country. These care packages boost morale and let service members know that other citizens appreciate their sacrifice to keep our nation safe. Also, try to start a ripple effect by asking friends and neighbors to join us in spreading good.
The St. Philip Neri Club will collect leftover Halloween candy from November 1 – November 10. The bins will be in the lobbies of Bain and DeGaeta.
