Over the past couple of months, Scottie Scheffler has dominated the PGA tour, picking up wins in three of his last four starts. It started at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, where Scheffler broke away from a stacked field to win by 5 strokes and capture his first win of the season.
However, Scottie was far from done. The following week at the Players Championship, Scheffler started the final round a couple shots back from the lead and squealed out a victory to win his second event in two weeks. With this win, Scottie had quickly risen to number one in the After taking a week off, Scheffler returned at the Texas Children’s Houston Open. Scheffler battled it out but ultimately came up short and missed a five foot putt to force a playoff. This brings us to last week. Scottie came into the week as the favorite. Throughout the entire tournament, Scottie kept himself into the mix and broke away from the field, winning his second major and his second Masters. In this entire run, Scheffler has not played a single round over par. There is no doubt that when it is all said and done, Scottie Scheffler could be one of the greatest golfers ever.
