The Robotics Club has been gaining some attention recently after their first competition of the year. They currently have a fully functioning robot that is able to complete tasks on its own. The members were disappointed with their performance at the competition, but are hopeful for the future. In the next few weeks they will work on improving their robot with new wheels to fix a balance issue and they will also redesign the robot’s claw. They also want to perfect the autonomous feature of the robot as a portion of the competition includes the robot’s ability to perform tasks on its own. They will focus on the programming side to solve this issue. Overall, it will be exciting to see how the team does at their next competition and they are always looking for new members. If you have any questions or would like to join the club please contact Prithu Patel or Mrs. Monczka.
